Insystech at the MAG Conference
Insystech attended the Maryland Assessment Group’s annual conference this year, held at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel in Ocean City, Maryland on November 14-15.
Representatives from Insystech were there to showcase two of their flagship products: MyStudentCare (MSC) and The Education Asset Management System (TEAMS). The conference attracted the attention of many neighboring school districts in Maryland and Insystech representatives were able to talk with a lot of the conference attendees.

One of Insystech’s clients, Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) presented at the conference. The presentation included how CCPS has utilized Insystech’s TEAMS solution successfully at their School District.
Insystech representatives had a working demonstration of MyStudentCare to show to attendees on an Android tablet device, highlighting the application’s accessibility and portability. The attendees who had a chance to see this demonstration were very excited about what we had to show them. They particularly liked the Incidents Module, which handles the issues of bullying and harassment in schools. Bullying has become a growing concern among schools and the Incidents Module in MSC does an excellent job of both tracking these incidents and notifying the parents of the children involved.
TEAMS – The Education Asset Management System also sparked the interest of many attendees who were looking for an easy and efficient way to store and access curriculum items in an online repository. Following an exciting presentation on TEAMS given by Charles County Public Schools, the Insystech booth garnered the attention of many attendees who wanted to learn more about the TEAMS application. Attendees had their TEAMS-related questions addressed by Insystech both during the Q&A portion of the TEAMS presentation and at the Insystech booth.
The conference was a grand success overall as Insystech was able to establish a presence among the Maryland Assessment Group community while making some new friends in the process. Please stay tuned to the “blogs” section of the site as we will be posting more updates on MSC in the weeks to come.
Happy Thanksgiving!
